Understand the price, ordering process and pickup or delivery arrangements before you buy. All amounts below are in Canadian dollars.
Product prices and HST
Tire and wheel prices are shown per item unless a listing explicitly says otherwise. Displayed product prices exclude tax. Ontario orders have 13% HST added at checkout; review the tax amount and final total before payment.
Tire environmental fee
A $7 environmental fee applies to each tire, plus applicable HST. A set of four tires adds $28 in tire fees before HST. The fee appears separately in the cart and adjusts with the number of tires. It does not apply to wheels on their own.
Availability and pickup readiness
- Available from supplier: the catalog records the product for supplier ordering. Supplier quantities are not a live stock guarantee or a reservation. This is not stock physically held at our Pickering pickup location. Confirm the required quantity and estimated timing with Vektor before payment.
- Ready for pickup: stock has been physically confirmed for local pickup. Arrange a pickup time with Vektor before visiting.
- Check availability: contact Vektor to confirm supplier stock and ordering options.
Supplier availability can change. Wait until your order is confirmed ready before travelling for pickup.
If a paid item becomes unavailable
If a supplier cannot supply an item after you have paid, Vektor will contact you using the details on your order. You can choose an available alternative with your approval and any price difference confirmed first, or a refund for the unavailable item, including its applicable tire fee and tax.
We will not substitute a different brand, model or size without your approval. If the entire order cannot be supplied, we will refund the full amount paid, including any delivery charge. For a partially fulfilled order, we will confirm any delivery charge adjustment before proceeding. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.
A payment receipt confirms payment, not supplier reservation or pickup readiness. Any backorder or revised arrival estimate must be agreed with you. For help, message Vektor on WhatsApp with your order number.
Pickup and local delivery
Pickering pickup is free by arrangement once your order is ready. Local delivery starts at:
- Pickering / Ajax: $20
- Whitby / Oshawa: $30+
- Scarborough / GTA: $40+
Delivery is extra. Your exact address, order size and quantity affect the final charge, which is confirmed before payment. View pickup and delivery information.

Installation is separate
Installation is not included in tire or wheel prices. Niche Haven Solutions (NHS) in Goodwood/Uxbridge offers mounting and balancing for four tires from $100. The final price depends on size, sidewall profile, run-flat construction and specialty requirements. Confirm the installation total and appointment directly with NHS.
