These terms apply to purchases from Vektor Performance and use of our online store. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

1. About Vektor Performance

Vektor Performance is a sole proprietorship based in Pickering, Ontario, Canada, selling tires and wheels.

Our phone number accepts calls and WhatsApp messages. Regular SMS texting is not available. Pickup is by appointment after your order is confirmed ready.

2. Product information and vehicle fitment

Check all specifications before purchasing, including tire size, load index, speed rating, seasonal suitability and any run-flat requirements.

For wheels, confirm diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset, centre bore, load rating and vehicle clearance. A product appearing in a search result does not confirm compatibility.

Contact us before ordering if you need assistance. Provide accurate vehicle details and disclose modifications that could affect fitment.

Product photographs may represent a different size or finish within the same product range. The specifications and options stated on your order identify the item being purchased. Contact us if an image and description appear inconsistent.

3. Prices, quantities and additional charges

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Tire and wheel prices are per individual item unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Select the quantity required, whether one item, a pair or a set.

Displayed product prices exclude applicable tax. Ontario orders have 13% HST added at checkout.

A separate $7 environmental fee applies per tire, plus applicable HST. This fee does not apply to wheels purchased without tires.

Delivery and installation are additional unless expressly included in your written order. Review the products, quantity, fees, tax and delivery charge before payment. Contact us if any charge is unclear.

4. Payment and order confirmation

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering. Payment must be confirmed before we purchase supplier-stock items for your order.

An automated payment receipt confirms that payment was received. It does not confirm supplier reservation, product arrival, a delivery appointment or pickup readiness.

If an error in pricing, product information or availability affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and discuss the available options. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute products without your approval.

5. Supplier availability

Some products must be obtained from a supplier. Supplier-order labels and catalog quantities are not a live stock guarantee and do not mean the products are physically held by Vektor Performance.

Confirm the required quantity and estimated timing before payment. Arrival estimates may change; we will communicate known delays and discuss revised arrangements.

If a paid item cannot be supplied, you may approve an available alternative and any price difference, or receive a refund for the unavailable item, including applicable tire fees and tax.

We will not substitute a different brand, model or size without your approval. If the entire order cannot be supplied, we will refund the full amount paid, including delivery. Any delivery adjustment for a partial order will be confirmed before proceeding.

6. Pickup and local delivery

We offer free Pickering pickup by appointment and local delivery within our service areas: Durham Region, the Greater Toronto Area, Uxbridge and Stouffville.

We do not offer nationwide or international shipping. Delivery charges and estimated timing must be confirmed for your address and order.

7. Changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether processing or supplier ordering can be stopped.

Changes and cancellations may no longer be possible after supplier ordering or dispatch. Any special-order restrictions must be disclosed before purchase. A cancellation request is not confirmed until we reply.

8. Returns and exchanges

For eligible unused, unmounted tires and wheels, request a return within 10 days after receiving your order.

Contact us for approval and return instructions before sending or bringing products back. Keep proof of purchase, original labels, packaging and included components.

Mounted, balanced, installed, driven-on, modified or damaged products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not prevent assessment of a defect, incorrect-item complaint or applicable warranty claim.

Special-order or non-returnable restrictions apply only where disclosed before purchase. Our Refund Policy provides the full conditions and refund process.

9. Inspection and manufacturer warranties

Inspect your order before installation. Contact us promptly if an item is incorrect, damaged or suspected defective, and retain the product and packaging.

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by brand and model. Ask for the applicable written warranty before purchasing. Mileage, road-hazard and other additional coverage are not included unless expressly stated.

Contact Vektor to start a product warranty claim. Proof of purchase, photographs, product identification and installation or maintenance records may be required. Claims may require inspection and are assessed under the applicable warranty terms.

10. Installation services

Installation is separate from your tire or wheel purchase unless expressly included in writing.

Installation with Niche Haven Solutions in Goodwood/Uxbridge must be arranged directly with NHS. Confirm the service price, appointment, location and installation terms with them. Purchasing products from Vektor does not reserve an installation appointment.

11. Website use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or attempt unauthorized access.

Vektor Performance’s original branding, photographs and website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies products and does not, by itself, imply sponsorship or endorsement.

12. Privacy and external websites

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

External websites, including manufacturers and installation partners, have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before using their services.

13. Consumer rights and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal Canadian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to your transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right, warranty, liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms agreed when an order was placed continue to apply to that order unless a change is agreed with you or required by law.
